Center for Integrative Medicine Offers Program to Awaken Creativity, Passion, Purpose and Health

Sierra Stearns, PhD, and Molly Punzo, MD, are offering the unique workshop “Living Consciously, Living Well: Practices to Awaken Creativity, Passion, Purpose, and Health.” The six-week course begins Monday, July 21 and meets weekly through August 25 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Center for Integrative Medicine, 607-B Dutchman’s Lane in Easton.

 

The facilitators will provide tools for practical application in everyday life, addressing the physical, mental, emotional, relational and spiritual dimensions of well being. Participants will experience practices such as centering, mindfulness, topical discussions, inspirational readings, music-evoked active imagination and group sharing.  The cost of the program is $135 with a discount offered if paid in full before July 9.

 

Stearns is a music therapist specializing in The Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music and is a Fellow of the Association for Music and Imagery. Dr. Punzo is an internist and homeopath, and serves as the Medical Director for Quality Improvement for Shore Health System.
