Celebrate Cinco de Mayo and Support CASA

Doc’s Riverside Grille is hosting a Silent Auction/Guest Bartending Fundraiser for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Queen Anne’s & Kent Counties on May 5 from 5 to 9 pm (auction bidding ends at 7:30 pm). CASA of Queen Anne’s & Kent Counties screens, trains, and supervises volunteers who advocate in the best interests of abused, neglected, and abandoned children with the goal of ensuring they are placed in safe, permanent homes. Once trained, the volunteers are sworn in as officers of the court and become Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs). For more information about CASA, visit www.CASAQACKENT.org.
