Duck Hunters Rescued

Crews rescued two duck hunters who became stranded on an island in the Chesapeake Bay. Maryland Natural Resources Police said they had to break through ice, and plow through rough seas to reach the two men on Hart-Miller Island. The men used a 14-foot aluminum boat to go hunting, but it took on water and they called 911. Authorities cited 40-year-old Todd Troxell of Codorus, Pennsylvania for negligent operations.
