Have you ever worried about having enough money, security, love, or health? International speaker Evan Mehlenbacher says, “I’ve found that understanding abundance from a spiritual point of view dissolves fears and brings healing to my life.”
Mehlenbacher will present a free public lecture, “Living in Abundance”, on Monday, April 26, at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the Historical Society of Talbot County, 17 S. Washington Street in Easton. Parking is provided in the municipal lot adjoining the auditorium. This lecture is sponsored by First Church of Christ, Scientist, 501 S. Washington, Easton, Maryland. For more information call 410-758-2343.
Mehlenbacher says that after graduating from Stanford, his own experience in the family farming business helped him see abundance in a new way. On the fast track to success, he decided that life’s ultimate reward was more than money in the bank. Mehlenbacher left the business and went into the full-time ministry of helping others find spiritual healing. “Living for a spiritual purpose brings the greatest joy,” he claims.
A teacher and practitioner of Christian Science healing, Mehlenbacher teaches that “Understanding true abundance can conquer lack, distress, and disease. Spirituality, lived and expressed, brings wisdom, love, joy, and mental freedom, and enables one to make wiser decisions, form happier relationships and stay healthy.”
The public is invited to come and explore how true abundance starts with spiritual mindedness. Mehlenbacher is a member of the Christian Science Board of Lectureship and travels from his home in Richland, Washington.
