Londonderry is a waterfront retirement community for independent living situated on approximately 28 acres along the banks of the Tred Avon River at 700 Port Street in Easton. It is one of several cooperative retirement communities nationwide where residents have a say in the day to day operations of their community and enjoy the financial benefits of real estate ownership but not the burdens of home maintenance.
