Londonderry Retirement Community is sponsoring a networking mixer on June 24 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at its new model cottage #516. The mixer is open to individuals, businesses and organizations in the community which deal with the senior population.
According to Michelle Burgoon, Director of Marketing at Londonderry Retirement Community, “We look forward to individuals having the opportunity to network with one another, while also learning more about Londonderry’s new model homes, as well as its historic Manor House as a community meeting location.” She adds, “We have invited four large networking groups, plus many area professionals, to maximize the opportunity to meet new faces and to develop new relationships.”
Thirteen cottages have been built of the 41 cottages in the final $18 million phase of development at Londonderry Retirement Community. Londonderry is a waterfront retirement community for independent living, situated on approximately 28 acres along the banks of the Tred Avon River at 700 Port Street in Easton. It is one of several cooperative retirement communities nationwide where residents have a say in the day to day operations of their facility and enjoy the financial benefits of real estate ownership but not the burdens of home maintenance.
