Molly Cotter hired at Talbot Hospice Foundation

The Talbot Hospice Foundation, through a grant from the Grayce B. Kerr Fund Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Molly Cotter in the position of Community Liaison Nurse.

Relocating from Hospice Buffalo New York, Molly previously worked as the lead admission nurse and was responsible for management, training and increasing referrals.  Nationally certificated in hospice and palliative care, Molly is a passionate advocate for hospice services. At Talbot Hospice Molly will be working with guest wing staff to ensure quality of care and is responsible for patient advocacy, monitoring data, patient assessment, quality improvement initiatives and community outreach.  She will work closely with the nurses and staff at Shore Home Care Hospice.
