The Ultimate Cornhole & Brewfest To Benefit the United Way of Queen Anne’s County

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day this March 19th while supporting the United Way of QAC. Grab a partner and compete in the largest Cornhole Tournament on the Shore. Prizes will be awarded for the final four including $200 for 1st place. If Cornhole isn’t your thing then sit back, relax and have a brew. Take this opportunity to taste beer from several different micro-breweries including Fordham, Eastern Shore Brewing and Old Dominion. You can also ride a mechanical bull, watch the NCAA Tournament, or grab a bite to eat while listening to the sounds of Wysong’s DJs. Plus, new this year, the “Battle of the Bars” Cornhole game. See if your favorite bar has the skill to win this highly anticipated challenge. This event has something for everyone so get your game on and support the United Way!

What is Cornhole?
If you can toss a corn bag 30 feet you can master the game of “Cornhole.” Many chuckle at the word, but this is the fastest growing trend around. Cornhole is usually compared to the game of Horseshoes, but you can play anywhere and with anyone. You aim, toss and (hopefully) hit a wooden platform with a centered hole. The first team to reach 21 points wins.

For more information about entering the tournament visit www.UltimateCornholeandBrewfest.com. Cost per team is $50/team in advance or $60/team at the door. Micro-brew tasting is included in the registration fee. Limited teams are available. Pre-registering is recommended (registration form on-line).
