St. Michaels Library to Show “Eat, Pray, Love”
On Tuesday, March 1, at noon, the St. Michaels branch of the Talbot County Free Library will present a free showing of “Eat, Pray, Love.” Released last year, this award-winning film stars Julia Roberts as a woman who, after a painful divorce, takes a trip around the world “to find herself.” The film is rated PG-13. Patrons are invited to bring something to eat and enjoy the movie while they eat their lunch. All library programs are free and open to the public. Owl Observations Are a Hoot at the St. Michaels Library
On Tuesday, March 1, at 4:00 p.m., naturalists from the Pickering Creek Audubon Center will offer a program on owls in the St. Michaels branch of the Talbot County Free Library. Children will learn what owls eat by dissecting their pellets. This program is designed for children 4 and older. All library programs are free and open to the public, but children do need to be pre-registered for this program. Stitch and Chat at the St. Michaels Library
On Thursday, March 3, at 10:00 a.m., patrons are invited to bring their sewing or knitting projects to the St. Michaels library and stitch with a group.
